Terms and Conditions

All prices, terms & service charges are quoted in U.S. dollars. Our terms are NET thirty (30) days. All past due accounts are subject to a service charge of 1 1/2 % per month (18 % APR).

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are displeased with your purchase of any non-custom merchandise, simply call for authorization to return the merchandise within thirty (30) days. We will gladly exchange the item or refund/credit your payment less shipping & handling charges; certain merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returns require prior authorization and no credit or refund will be given on merchandise returned after thirty (30) days. Custom-designed or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Charge Accounts

Charge orders MUST be $10.00 or more. Orders for less than $10.00 must be prepaid and include $3.00 postage and handling.

If you do not have an account, orders must be prepaid or charged using DISCOVER, VISA, or MASTER CARD. When ordering, please include your charge number, expiration date, and name of card holder.

When calling our Order Line, we ask that you have your order well organized which includes the catalog you are ordering from, page number, and the item catalog number.

Loss and/or damage in transit

All quantities are carefully packed according to shipping standards. Open all packages with care. Many times, merchandise is damaged through rough handling. If damage is the responsibility of the carrier, please follow these directions:

UNITED PARCEL SERVICE

Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt of same. Save the wrapper, container, packing, etc. and prepare the shipment for return to us. We will arrange for United Parcel Service to pick-up the damaged package and claim will be filed from our office. Replacement of damaged items will be sent to you after inspection is made.

PARCEL POST (U.S. Mail)

Claims for damaged merchandise must be reported to us within 24 hours after receipt of same. Notify us immediately and we will inform you how to return the shipment. We will replace the items and file claim for the damage.

Gift certificates

Certificates are issued in any amount & may be used for catalogue orders or store purchases.
